せっかくの行楽で乗り物酔いしてしまい、悩まされた経験はありませんか？

また、このツボは、寧心安神(気持ちを落ち着かせ、リラックス) ・理気和胃(気の巡りを良くして、胃の働きを整える) などの働きがあります。
気の巡りを良くする事は、気圧の不調改善にも繋がるので、気候の温度差で体調のすぐれない方も是非一度お試し下さい。
今回はお米を貼る方法をご紹介しましたが、ツボを刺激できれば小石や一円玉など、お米がなくても代用できるそうです。
